This was the first year for The Manny Awards in Cincinnati, which were created to recognize the Tristate’s manufacturing industry’s greatest accomplishments in such areas as product innovation, e-business, supply-chain management, employee safety, systems/process innovation, global business, technology transfer and quality control.

The awards were presented to recipients at an awards dinner on June 7, 2007 at the Cincinnati Museum Center. Judging for the Mannys was conducted by an independent panel representing various sectors.
