International accounting firm uses SkyPBX for telephony saving

An American big-eight accounting firm uses SkyPBX-SVR to save their high telephone bills. SkyPBX-SVR supports the high traffic volume with many simultaneous Skype calls and with a unique company Skype account for a hunting group of at least 24 ports.

Following the steps of many Taiwan’s big companies, such as UMC, Formosa Plastics Group, Deloitte, Arima, DFI, etc., an American big-eight accounting firm uses SkyPBX-SVR to save their high telephone bills. The SkyPBX-SVR is selected simply because it is the only equipment that can support the high traffic volume with many simultaneous Skype calls and with a unique corporate Skype account for a hunting group of at least 24 ports. In addition, SkyPBX-SVR comes with an embedded rack-mount server, which is very compact and simplifies the operation without requiring any external PC.

SkyPBX allows corporate users to make and to receive Skype calls using their existing desktop phones with the PBX system. SkyPBX is stackable and extensible to unlimited ports via internet. Moreover, SkyPBX offers advanced management features such as call recording, monitoring, call detailed records (CDR) to allow more central network control. SkyPBX provides a unique enterprise skype account as a hunt group and ACD functions so that the customer can call in the same way as using traditional PSTN system.

SkyPBX is equipped with multi-channels which allow many simultaneous Skype calls. The unique technology to generate and to detect global call progress tones (dial tone, busy tone, etc.) makes SkyPBX compatible to most PBX, such as NEC, Alcatel, Nortel, Avaya and TECOM etc. SkyPBX works perfectly with IVR and auto attendant system to detect the DTMF signals and to route calls correctly for Skype-to-Skype, SkypeIn or SkypeOut calls. The missed DTMF tones or line hang-up problems found in many telecom equipments do not happen with SkyPBX.
