The report was produced based on around 30,000 websites monitored in May, that were grouped by service providers. 60 largest providers were selected for analysis of the aggregated uptime as well as the average performance of their hosted websites. Although individual site’s availability and speed depends on many factors like hardware, application architecture, OS etc., statistically the aggregated uptime objectively demonstrates ISP’s service quality and connectivity.
