The REIA of Macomb came up with the idea for Make It Happen when they were brainstorming slogan ideas for their still then upcoming real estate investment group. "Make It Happen! is more than just a slogan.", says Co-Founder Dylan Tanaka. "We apply that ideal to every aspect of our personal and professional lives, and we’re starting to see it take root all around us. Many of our members and their families have taken a real look at themselves, and decided to start making it happen."
With members all over Macomb County and beyond, this is an ideal that is beginning to catch fire, tempered with the knowledge of Michigan’s subpar economy. "People need something to smile about, a silver lining on the cloud, if you will." says Nathan Mayes, also a Co-Founder of the REIA of Macomb. "When people start believing in Make It Happen!, they start making anything they want happen in their own lives. It’s a beautiful thing to be a part of."
It may just be an idea, but Make It Happen! is an idea that does more than just act as a marketing tool.
The REIA of Macomb meets the last Thursday of each month at 6 PM at the Best Western Georgian Inn in Roseville, MI.
