Beginning in January 2007, the REIA of Macomb has steadily grown each month, with renowned speakers and a great meeting structure. Attendees remark on the level of professionalism and organization that this fledgling club has already made a standard. Speakers like Ralph Roberts, Donna Bauer, and in May, Kris Kirschner of Autopilot Real Estate have made this grassroots group an astounding success, even in its early stages. Membership is a low $89 for a single person, and $119 for a partnership between two people. It meets the final Thursday of each month at 6:00 at the Georgian Inn in Roseville, MI. The combination of great micromanagement, speakers, and price has made this a must see club for any real estate investor, businessperson, or entreprenuer in Michigan.
