IMT Group plc prepares to target SME market with driven web business under brand of webgenie

IMT Group Holdings plc is preparing to launch a template driven website business aimed at the SME Market. The product will sold under the ‘web genie’ brand and be specifically aimed at the small business sector, where research shows less than 50% of companies still do not have a website presence.

Speaking about the launch, Daniel Corby, founder and CEO of IMT Group plc said “We have proven demand is out there for this business and having researched the competition, we are confident we can achieve a significant market share within the next 9 months through to our financial year end. IMT Group is in a strong position to capitalise on the market. We do not enter markets unless we’re completely confident that we can deliver success”

Founded in 2005 and restructured as a plc from November 2006, the business is in the process of completing a round of pre IPO money raising in the City, ahead of a planned AIM float for 2009.
