The Verification Association, a ‘members club’ of over 30,000 reference checked trades people and businesses has today signed agreements with A Plan Insurance to offer it’s member base special offers on Insurance and Insurance related products
The Verification Association seeks to list only trust worthy businesses which can provide references from previous satisfied customers which, in turn are then called to verify them. Ongoing feedback from member’s customers is added to the service every month helping to give users of the Verification Association added comfort that they are dealing with a reference checked business.
The service lists 350 different types of business, from Builders to Plumbers and Locksmiths to Drainage experts. There are in excess of 30,000 existing members signed up covering 85% of the UK.
Membership of the Verification Association covers a 12 month period and includes a free internet listing with www.ifindabusiness.com which now lists 300,000 local trades-people and businesses with checkable references.
There are 30 additional benefits to the members, which have now been extended to include offers and promotions by A Plan Insurance. Speaking about the announcement, Damon Leonard, Associate Director of Operations said “We are really pleased to be working closely with A Plan Insurance. A Plan insurance are an ideal partner for the Verification Association as they have a dedicated team to focus on the SME customer base that we mutually operate with. A Plan offer amazing offers, a wide range of products and are as enthused about the contract as we are”
Founder and CEO, Daniel Corby said “The Verification Association was born out of my complete frustration with finding quality and trusted builders when I undertook a house renovation during late 2004. Personal recommendation is the best there is and that is exactly what the Verification Association provides. We have a team of people whose job it is to check, validate and update references on an ongoing basis of all our members. Members who receive poor feedback can be and are de-listed to protect the integrity of what we stand for. Demand has been strong and over the last 6 months we have been adding additional members from Accountants to Florists in order to provide a complete service mix to the public. The public can search for our members on www.ifindabusiness.com, where only members can be listed. We are proud to operate the only dedicated directory service for members of the Verification Association”
