DR. Arthur M. Evangelista, Ph.D., Director of Operations & Research, Public Health & Medical Fraud Research Cooperative, was recently granted an Honorary Ph.D. in Industrial Safety and Hygiene, in recognition of more than thirty years of service in the areas of Public Health, Health Management, Medicine, Investigative Research, and Public Safety.
Combining careers in emergency medicine and law enforcement, he now performs investigative research into government, regulatory, and medical corruption or fraud that directly compromises public health and safety. Evangelista also assists small to medium sized businesses with their regulatory compliance and quality assurance issues, and helps them avoid any enforcement actions by the regulatory or enforcement agencies.
Evangelista attended the University of North Carolina and was graduated with Honors from the College of Medicine and Dentistry of N.J. - School of Allied Health Professions, where he specialized in Emergency Medical Technology. He was inducted into the New York Academy of Sciences for outstanding scientific and scholastic achievements. He has taught various medical programs, and published extensively on sensitive healthissues.
