Craig Murphy, Amicorp Hong Kong trust director
Amicorp Hong Kong has hired Craig Murphy as Director of trust and business development. Murphy, a former Hong Kong-based regional director of Equity Trust’s Hong Kong, Singapore, Bermuda and BVI trust companies, has twenty years of experience in corporate and trust structuring, including funds and special purpose vehicles. He has served as a director of quoted hedge funds, and as a director of banks and trust companies in Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Singapore and the British Virgin Islands.
Managing Director Sytske Kimman comments: “We can now provide trust and fund structuring and administration services directly from our Hong Kong office; we can also advise companies seeking a listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
