Executive Transportation Group (ETG) announced it has acquired the Burgundy Global Americas operations. As part of purchase, the agreement grants ETG the rights to the North, Central and South American network as well as access to Burgundy’s “Extra” worldwide network permitting seamless delivery of limousine services to over 450 destinations. The closing of the transaction occurred today.
“This is a great strategic move for us” commented John L. Acierno, President and CEO of Executive Transportation. “The acquisition not only provides us a global reach in providing services, in addition it provides a tremendous ‘value add’ to our existing client base.”
The network allows companies to manage their limousine needs through a single source, providing centralized reservation and billing sources while streamlining internal booking procedures and managing costs. The network currently manages over 40,000 reservations per month through direct reservations and interconnectivity with corporate and travel partners.
