New Small Business Podcast Offers Advice on Planning For Retirement

During the episode, host Steve Mullen interviews Jay Cowan, co-founder of RiverCross Partners, a company that works with small business owners to develop exit strategies.  Mr. Cowan provides tips on how to create a plan for any type of business.  He also relays a cautionary tale that illustrates what can happen when you fail to plan.  Mr. Cowan says you should start creating your plans right after you launch your business.
