Foxland, the newest neighborhood at historic Fairvue Plantation, opens this Saturday and Sunday with 78 scenic home sites. At the same time, the new Foxland golf course officially opens, adding another 18 spectacular holes to nationally acclaimed Fairvue Plantation.

Sites in the new Foxland neighborhood begin at $170,000 on the golf course, and $400,000 on the lakeshore. Homes begin at $600,000 course-side and $1,000,000 on the lake. During the June 9 and 10 opening, final pre-opening purchase terms will be available to qualified buyers.
