Jurors heard the youngster was in almost constant agony until her grandmother began to suspect what was going on and
called in social services.

Question:-
How do we spot child abuse as early as possible and stop children being used as weapons and blackmail.

Answer
We make the ‘Charter for Grandchildren’ legal. And the child must have an automatic legal right of contact with their grandparents especially in a time of huge increases in
child abuse in the home, due to drugs and alcohol
abuse. NSPCC reports claim they cannot cope!

Question.
Why grandparents especially?.

Answer
Grandparents are the biggest carer of children from problem homes when the parents are not available and above all
have a strong family love bond and are usually more
than willing to care for their grandchildren.

If there is conflict, then questions should be asked why contact is refused. banning order should only be granted in cases of violence, not just on the whim of the resident parent and partner which is usually in their own
best selfish interests and the courts today are falling for the
comedy, making our family laws a joke. These theatricals
deprive children of the love and protection of their
grandparents. The law is protecting the abusers
with these banning orders given on demand.
