This £4.7 million serviced office complex was recently awarded a “Very Good” BREEAM rating (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method); the most widely used environmental assessment method for buildings.
Gem Workspaces Ltd was established as a community enterprise in 1987 to boost the local economy and to create more jobs in a city unemployment blackspot. They currently manage three developments in the Queenslie area of Glasgow offering a range of offices, small industrial units, workshops and stores for rent.
John Russell, General Manager of Gem Workspaces Ltd said: “The Wright Business Centre is proving to be extremely successful and continues to meet the needs of its occupants, who are attracted by the quality product, as well as the competitive terms available. The Wright Business Centre offers an attractive working environment and is ideally located for small to medium sized enterprises.”
The Wright Business Centre is located at Junction 11 of the M8 Motorway, with excellent road and public transport links. Occupiers can also benefit from the facilities at the neighbouring Glasgow Fort Shopping Complex including a variety of retail outlets, coffee shops, restaurants and a fitness centre.
