Istanbul – KT Technology have recently entered into a more formal structured partnership with UK based Commplete ltd for supply of and outsourcing of its kiosk maintenance support.
Commplete specializes in ICT support for solutions which require a further extension of a simple warranty, and therefore KT Technology was pleased to outsource its need for on-site maintenance to the professionals at Commplete.
KT Technology customer base is spread out over 3 continents presently, and we are fast developing new regions and with our continued expansion into new applications and markets the importance of having a service partner who is able to assist us locally on site whether it be in London or New York is paramount when working with systems and kiosk terminals that require by our customers to work on a continuous basis, instead of offering the other alternative of a dreaded “blue screen of death”

The agreement covers the full spectrum of kiosks manufactured by KT Technology, and is a reiteration by KT to ensure a total after sales service and complete customer satisfaction.
