Worldwide accounting and consulting group Russell Bedford International has announced the appointment of Izon Consulting as a new affiliate based in Austin, Texas.
The new member firm was founded in 2004 by Arun Khurana, a CPA with some 17 years' professional experience. In his previous roles, Arun has focussed on companies in real estate and technology-related industries, assisting them with mergers and acquisitions, filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, complex accounting issues, raising finance, and development of internal controls. He has worked in India, UK and USA and has specialist expertise in SEC reporting, SOX 404 and international accounting issues.
There are two other partners. Don Turner is a CPA who has been chief financial officer for several companies. He has over 27 years of experience and has expertise in SEC services and in providing interim CFO services.
April Arzate has an MBA from St. Edward’s University, Austin. She has more than 10 years’ professional experience and specialises in providing accounting and financial consulting services to medical practices.
