Avanta launches first Thames Valley business centre

Serviced office company Avanta has popped the champagne corks and officially opened its first business centre outside London.  

The latest addition to the Avanta portfolio, Dukesbridge House in Reading, is now open for business, offering high quality serviced office space (http://www.avanta.co.uk/ ) and incorporating 250 work stations available to potential occupiers.

At a lunch reception attended by leading commercial agents from across the Thames Valley, guests took the opportunity to view the new business centre for the first time.  Dukesbridge House is a three storey building offering 22,000 sq ft of high quality serviced office (http://www.avanta.co.uk/page/serviced-office/ ) space in a prime location, overlooking the River Kennet and adjacent to the Oracle, in the city centre of Reading.  

Guests also had the opportunity to take part in a prize draw, with the winner scooping a weekend away at a luxurious destination on the continent.
