The public warehousing option allows Webster to serve several different customers simultaneously, giving customers the flexibility to choose the amount of warehouse space they need and the time period—without a long-term lease or contract. Contract warehousing provides the customer an individual, custom-designed unit within Webster’s facility, laid out to best maximize space and meet productivity concerns and needs. Under both options, Webster Fulfillment manages the shared resources such as management, labor, equipment and space to ensure every customer benefits from the most cost effective solution possible.

The new location also features an air-conditioned fulfillment center with laser printing and complete kit assembly capabilities. In addition, the fulfillment center offers secure, locked rooms for valuables, conference room space, complete with wireless Internet access, Web access for customers to review materials and check on inventories online, and drop shipment service via Federal Express and UPS.
In addition to on-demand warehousing and other customer amenities, Webster offers an A La Carte selection of fulfillment services at the West Boylston facility including:
Daily access for customers and their staff
Daily receiving, shipping and storage materials management
Inventory management/logistics utilizing real-time Web access and bar coding technology
All common overnight carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) as well as daily courier and trucking services
Literature fulfillment, kitting, and hand-assembly
Individual secure rooms for custom pick/pack of high-value items
Custom Web site design so you can order online and receive a real-time report on your inventory
Onsite conference room and office space available—including cartons and packaging materials; each with wireless Internet access
Bulk storage space available for larger scale projects
Located at 100 Hartwell Street in the West Boylston Industrial Park, the new facility offers Webster customers a convenient, central location, just minutes from I-190, I-290, I-495, Route 2 and the Mass.
