Be serenaded by pop legend Tony Hadley at glitzy charity lunch
The charity Action Medical Research is hosting ‘Summer Lunch Sophistication’
Musician and former Spandau Ballet lead singer Tony Hadley said of his involvement:
“I am thrilled to be performing at this year’s Summer Lunch for Action Medical Research’s Touching Tony Lives campaign. As I have four children myself, one only born recently, I am more than aware of how delicate and precious babies are. I can’t imagine the pain people go through when they have a sick or vulnerable baby and fully support the work that Action Medical Research do to save tiny lives every day.”
Touching Tiny Lives is the charity's major campaign to help sick and vulnerable babies and it hopes to raise £3 million for vital new research to help prevent premature birth and life-threatening pregnancy complications. It also aims to develop better treatments for babies who require special care when they are born.
The event takes place on Sunday 10th June from 12pm, at the Tortworth Court Four Pillars Hotel, near Wotton-under-
