God has blessed them with restoration of jobs, a new home, new schools for the children, and ultimately, a new life.
Carla was an author and speaker before Katrina, yet due to all that she's been through as a result of the destruction and chaos, she has embraced a closer and deeper relationship with God and has been blessed because of her efforts. Life has new meaning and Carla definitely has a new perspective on everything. All of the dreams and goals that were planted in her before Katrina are no longer on the backburner. Carla is more determined than ever to fulfill her life's purpose and to do the things that she knows God has ordained for her to do.
"Seven Keys and Affirmations for Victorious Living" is just one step in that direction. This first project is a wonderful booklet for anyone who would like to feed their minds with positive and encouraging concepts in a concise fashion. "Seven Keys" is the first of a triology of books that will undoubtedly enhance and impact the life of the reader.

Carla is currently enjoying the blessings of teaching, training, speaking, and conducting workshops and seminars. She has been invited to participate in events in Florida, Texas, and of course Mississippi where she new resides.
