McNew said that branch manager Bryan Jacobs, who joined Penmac two years ago, has been key to Penmac’s recent success.

McNew said that Penmac has expanded its clientele since opening in 1994 to include manufacturing, clerical, transportation and professional entities.
“Penmac is always growing. We are as strong as ever,” says McNew. “We really love to take on new challenges, that is what has kept us alive all these years.”
In spite of the success Penmac has had in West Plains, McNew remains humble towards the community.
