In addition, the system’s unique capability allows it to connect to stationary spray bars for cleaning & sanitizing of food/beverage processing lines or even directly on the product during production. It should be noted that Ozone is listed by the National Organic Program (NOP) for use on food products and the mPact™ systems keeps both products & surfaces cleaned/sanitized during processing.
AMFIL Technologies reports more than several large North American beverage processors are using the core AMFIL developed mPact™ system technology for efficacy testing. Corporate goals of reducing and ultimately eliminating the use of chemicals within bottling operations are driving the current rounds of pilot production testing. AMFIL expects the ongoing testing to continue to be positive and result in additional sales of both mobile-based and centralized mPact™ systems.
