New Energy and Environmental Education for all professionals in the Real Estate Industry.

The Real Estate Environmental and Energy Education Certification Series offers continuing education credits for Home Inspectors, Real Estate Licensees, Appraisers, and Mortgage Professionals.

These courses are gaining approval for continuing education credits across the country for educating the real estate industry on green building. Ms. Kerry Mitchell established Green Real Estate Education in early 2006.  With over 14 years in real estate as a Maryland and Florida Broker- Kerry is now training and educating on the importance of instituting "green and sustainability principles" in their real estate business practices.
She works with municipalities, builders, contractors, developers, architects, to bring about change in the real estate arena. The Real Estate Environmental and Energy Education Certification Series is exclusively for the real estate industry educating on energy efficiency, sustainability and green building relating to each of the 4 major disciplines. For continuing education credits, the Green Building Real Estate Licensee course is already approved in Florida, Illinois and Louisiana. The Introduction to Green Building Home Inspector Course is approved by ASHI and NAHI. The Introduction to Green Building for Real Estate Appraisers is approved in Florida and the Mortgage Professional course is being considered by 2 of the largest banking associations.
