Recent developments have allowed Martin Cohn to branch out into new and different areas, including a more holistic approach to the art forms of the east. This is in direct response to requests to provide a more detailed site, with more information over a wider topical area, in relation to relaxation.
Martin Cohn has said “I am delighted to have been able to provide this service, and to be receiving such positive feedback from the community at large”.
Yoga is a regularly practiced form of exercise, and the site provides a link to download different yoga classes, that can be catered to different requirements, for each user. The importance of this can not be under estimated, as more people can receive directly relevant classes, to their situation, and each class can be downloaded in MP3 format, where it can be stored on an iPod or CD for playback later, when it suits the client.
This is especially important, in trying to combat our already pressured lives, and all effort is made to reduce the stress, while maximising productivity.

The site is constantly being developed, and more will be added in the coming months.
