I have come to the conclusion from some experience and study the
Way to succeed is to form a co-operative a partnership with other like minded people.
I know this is obvious to many but it took me a while trying to go it alone to realize this simple fact.
So why not join Together a group of like minded people work towards the same goal.
In OBA there is Great Spirit of team work.
OBA is a great place to experience team work, where you can help and t devolve your team.
I’m talking about a team that is independent of any particular business.
I mean if you have been on line for any leant of time you most of notice that there are many business models that work with down lines.
So why not join with a group that work together as a team?
Helping each other, our business is our group we have to keep in touch meet online.
At least once a week, the power is in the group.
We work together to build team in OBA to a certain level of profit we know that the more
We help others to succeed the more we succeed.

We could have a look at other possibility. We should be independent of any particular business. They can decide to close their doors then we have to start again
Or to change the rule in the middle of the game then we may have to start again but if we have our own independent group we can quickly move our group to another project.

The way it works is this each person in the cooperative has 3 people that they work with directly. Example I have my three partners so we are 4 totals my 3 partners each have each time totalling for in each mini group which farm the larger group we help each other.
That means my 3 partners are also my Maine communication to the group any changes
Are new projects I communicate to my 3 partners they do the same with their 3, remember
Each person as their own 3 partner to work with this way communicating is quick and easy. Things can be communicated amazingly quickly in this way plus we meet in the OBA forum
