According to my research, the longest known human being lived for 122 years, something that is very rare with the majority of humans for whom 100 years is a great milestone to live.
The leading men and women in this field, especially in the filed of Anti Aging, are quite optimistic that the human lifespan is increasing when compared with 60 years ago for instance in which they say it is because of the better living and medical standards we, humans, enjoy at the moment. However, those men and women are not still talking about the possibility of humans living forever at least in the near future, but they say the periority now is to increase the lifespan, which could lead to the ultimate goal of living for good.
With question of increasing the years we live, researchers argue that antioxidants, exercise, low calorie and good diet could be the key to the secret of living longer. The question is, will the living humans of this present day be the beneficiaries of a possible breakthrough to eliminate death?
