The podcast is a real estate investing show highlighting the features of the Charlotte market as a tool to invest passively out of town and out of state. “We really wanted to do something to draw attention to Charlotte as the growing vibrant city it is and share the great opportunities here with investors from around the country” said Knight, co-host.

The show was developed specifically to educate real estate investors and not just market to them. Voss is not new to the real estate investing podcast arena he and his wife Lynn, co-host the nation’s number 1 weekly real estate investing podcast. “When Mike and I started talking I knew that we had a chance to take what Lynn and I do on a national level and make it more specific. On (Get Real) we can’t discuss the dynamics of the local markets and use specific real-world properties. Mike and I have that luxury with this show” according to Voss.
