In early 2006, PCWorld.com (website published by PC World Magazine) awarded BitDefender a “#1 antivirus ranking” in their online comparative charts. PC Answers, a British computer magazine has also ranked BitDefender as their top antivirus choice in their recently published antivirus review, citing that "BitDefender is the one that we'd put on our PC's".
