Completion under the share purchase agreement dated January 8, 2006, between Longview Investment Company, a holding company controlled by Glenn Herrin transfed legal ownership of the majority interest in three companies Southern Water Company, Rehab Plus, and Southern Sports Network. The three companies are in the municipal water and wastewater, clinical rehabilitation equipment, and the syndicated radio/cable programming business.
