Knight Sky, Llc Awarded Five Year 27.4 Million Satcom II Contract

PRLog (Press Release) – May 04, 2007 – Clarksburg, Maryland, May 2, 2007 – Knight Sky, LLC – Satellite Solutions and Strategies, a provider of professional satellite communications consulting, services and products, today announced it has received an award by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) for SATCOM II for a five-year, $27.4 million Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.  The SATCOM-II program has an estimated value of $750 million over the life of the entire contract and will replace the existing GSA Satellite Services program.  SATCOM II offers competitive pricing, flexible ordering and billing and is intended to provide federal and defense agencies with the next generation of high quality, worldwide satellite communications solutions.
