ABOUT .NET VALLEY
.NET Valley is the premier community supported technology user group in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Our mission is to continue growing and supporting the communities in the Wilkes-Barre and Scranton areas. .NET Valley held their first event on April 22nd, 2003 at the Wilkes-Barre F.U.N.N. yearly event. Before their first meeting was held on May 27th, .NET Valley became a member of the International .NET Association (INETA). Our user group has members in Carbon, Columbia, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Schuylkill, Wayne, and Wyoming counties in Pennsylvania. .NET Valley usually meets the third Wednesday of each month alternating meeting locations between the Wilkes-Barre and Scranton areas. The group is quite diverse and includes industry experts such as Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals and a Microsoft TechNet presenter.
