Perhaps you didn't read the article, but here's something you should know: there's another side to this story, and an agenda.
Beneath the surface of this story there are hundreds of billions of dollars at stake, along with the future of medicine itself. There is a hidden battle on for your right to a long, vital and healthy life. You won't get the truth of it from the NYT, but you are about to get it here.
NYT reporter, Duff Wilson tried to smear the quality of the medical doctor degrees of the founders of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine ( http://worldhealth.net/
The NYT also quotes negative comment from a Dr. Stephen Barrett, who operates the quackwatch.org web site. But the newspaper fails to warn readers that Barrett is regarded by many as a 'dirty-tricks' arm of vested medical and pharmaceutical interests. Part of a covert Pharma campaign to intimidate and harass their health services competitors.
The nascent promise of the anti-aging movement -spearheaded by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, is to greatly enhance our health as we age. But that is also the worst nightmare of a pharmaceutical industry bent on easing us into premature death with a plethora of profitably-expensive medications. Viewed by entrenched medical interests, the burgeoning development of anti-aging medicine is a potent threat.
Is this the agenda driving the NYT's attacks on these anti-aging preventative medicine surgeons?
Here is the real story the NYT is not telling:
