Senior Mortgage Advisor Ozzy Favela Earns Expert Certification To Provide Education In Wealth Management.
Ozzy Favela, REALTOR & Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist for Charter Mortgage in San Diego, CA, has completed a two day training event held by KendallTodd, Inc. in North Carolina to earn the Certified Liability Advisor (CLA) designation. The program, Manage Liabilities Into Assets, provided an intense two day education that involved various liability management concepts, strategies, and case studies.
The program is offered to financial advisors to assist them with the integration of their client’s borrowing and related liabilities as a core step toward financial independence. Completion of the training allows Ozzy to provide consumer advice on how to best build wealth through the effective management of liabilities. Ozzy may also now act as an instructor for Realtors and CPAs needing state required continuing education credits.
Ozzy was quoted as saying: “My main reason for completing this education was to help my clients avoid unnecessary wealth transfers to banks and lending institutions that could be directed toward their own future life style needs.
