As Birkman’s newest researcher, Elizondo has a double bachelor’s in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with an emphasis in quantitative methods and statistics from Lamar University.
Before joining Birkman, Fabian served as a Psychometrician and Research Consultant for Hogan Assessments. He is fluent in both English and in Spanish.
