James Dicks selects Stirling Sotheby's International Realty As Exclusive Sales, Marketing Agents at 117-Acre Trepanier Luxury Community In Lake Mary Florida.
LAKE MARY, Fla. – James Dicks president and CEO of PremiereTrade Group and James Dicks Developments selects Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty as exclusive sales and marketing agent at Trepanier, a 130-lot luxury community that is planned on a 117-acre site formerly known as “L & L Acres” on Lake Mary Blvd. across from Heathrow in central Florida.
James Dicks, founder and owner of James Dicks Developments, said “new luxury homes at Trepanier will be priced from just under $1 million to $6 million”.
Dicks said “home sites at Trepanier will be priced from the upper $200s and range in size from 8,400 square feet to more than one acre, including a majestic six-acre lakefront estate site, which will be approved for horses”.
An official sales date will be announced in April.
Dicks said “three luxury homebuilders have already been chosen for the community: Brentwood Custom Homes, Hillcrest Homes and Irvin Construction”
Construction is expected to start in early fall, Dicks said.
