Chris Lieto, three time Ironman Champion, and top US Pro at the 2006 Hawaii Ironman World Championship, will be in Seattle on April 14-15 to speak at the 2007 Seattle Triathlon Expo.
Chris will be sharing his experiences as one of the best Ironman athletes in the world, talking about training, racing, and meeting the challenges of blending family responsibilities with the demands of an intensive training schedule.
