You can now submit service tickets online at www.usvd.net if you’re a client of Brian Borgman, Relationship Manager for U.S. Voice & Data. The service was added a few months back and Borgman says it’s just another value add for his clients.
“When I originally developed the website, I wanted to make sure it added value to my clients”, says Borgman. “From the early stages of my planning, I knew I wanted to include online service ticket submission.”
Borgman states that he gets several hits per week to the online service ticket page. He hopes in the future to add the capability for users to track their service orders, but for now he feels this is a good start to getting clients use to submitting service tickets online.
