Mr.Perez is now entitled to the exclusive rights to use the trademark Señorita México and no one else shall use identical or similar trade names in connection with Beauty Pageants inside the continental United States of America's territory. This is the culmination of an application process for Señorita México Trademark that began on September 30, 2005 with the purpose of denoting Adaluz International Beauty Pageant organizing services and crystallizes its efforts to successfully bring the beauty pageant to a National Scale.
"The registration of the trademark Señorita México(r) reflects our commitment to develop the pageant and take it to the national level," said Mr. Adán Pérez, General Manager of Adaluz International and pioneer of the ambitious project.
Adaluz International has quickly become a standard in the development and production of Hispanic beauty pageants inside the continental United States of America, taking over not only on the production but also on the educational part of it.
"The registration of the Señorita México Trademark will prevent possible infringements under The United States Patent and Trademark Laws which protects the mark in and outside the United States of America. Further it will provide the opportunity to demonstrate the tremendous strength of the Mexican Market capabilities,"
The Venezuelan entrepreneur will develop a franchise system to produce a Mexican Beauty Pageant in every state of the union. The winner will then travel to Las Vegas, Nevada to represent her state in the annual National Mexican Beauty Pageant, Señorita México that crowns the most beautiful Mexican woman in the United States of America.
