Fonville Morisey & Barefoot executives are pleased to announce that Jim Hale was bestowed with the Institute of Residential Marketing President’s Award during the 2007 national convention in Orlando, FL.
Hale was recognized with this prestigious award for his continued leadership and dedication to the Institute of Residential Marketing (IRM), the educational arm of the National Association of Home Builder’s (NAHB) National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC), through his work with the IRM Education Committee, IRM instructor review panel, as well as serving as past president of the Institute of Residential Marketing.
“Jim’s volunteerism continues to directly contribute to the IRM’s mission to increase the Institute’s ability to foresee industry changes and develop sales and marketing strategies to address future professional challenges,”
The President of the Institute of Residential Marketing created this award in recognition of an individual's selfless contribution to the goals and objectives of the IRM, which provides sales and marketing educational programs for the NAHB members; informs building industry professionals of new marketing trends and techniques; and provides forums for IRM members to exchange ideas and best practices.
Since 1989, Hale has been vice president of sales and marketing for Fonville Morisey & Barefoot (FMB) and is responsible for directing sales managers and the marketing department.
