Activity:
• Call Center, we will be routing our 800 number to Indian office
• Sales Engineering - help to our US-based Sales Rep in calls to our prospects
• Project Management - our US-based Functional consultants will rely on our future India-based experienced project managers to fulfill customization, software development and provide following functional remote support
Leads Processing, Time Logs & Billing
• Alba Spectrum Group has MS CRM implemented as Leads processing, consultant time logging
• MS CRM timelogs are transferred to our Backend accounting system for billing
• We expect our Indian partner to be integrated into our above systems
