During the unity event, the Federacion Mexico Unido and the Braceros will sign an immigration pact to promote unity amongst Mexicans and Mexican immigrants in America.
Imperato was pleased to be invited to help promote unity and felt that we need to embrace Mexican immigrants in this country.
"First of all, I want America to know that the people of Mexico are hard working people that are honorable and want the best for their families. I support the hard working Mexican people in America, however we must not forget about all of the people who are in Mexico who want a better life," stated Imperato.
In addition, Imperato felt that he could help work with Mexico and its leadership to help improve conditions in Mexico.
"We need to work together with our brothers and sisters in Mexico to help boost the economy and help hard working Mexicans create a better life for their children and their families."
The unity event will take place at the Placita Olvera in downtown Los Angeles between 10am and 2pm.
Other special guests scheduled to appear are Jose Huizar, Los Angeles City Councilwoman, Kevin de Leon, California State Assembly Member (45th Assembly District), and a special invited Senator from Mexico.
