Celebrate Easter Brunch at The Ambrosia Restaurant

The OC Pavilion (www.ocpavilion.com) and 5-star Ambrosia Restaurant are pleased to offer a world class, 4-course brunch on Easter Sunday, April 8th, prepared by acclaimed Executive Chef Michael Rossi.

The 4-course menu is a celebration of the seasonal marketplace, featuring the freshest fruits, vegetables and entrees of the season.  The brunch will run from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and prices are $55 per person and include champagne.  There will be a special menu for children 12 and under priced at $20.  Guests will be treated to live jazz during brunch.

The first course is a choice of Banana Beignets, Smoked Salmon, Season’s Best Melons with Serrano Ham and house-made Mascarpone Ravioli’s.  The second course offers guests a choice of Dungeness Crab Bisque or Epic Mâche Salad.  The third course features a selection of entrees, including Poached Farm Fresh Eggs and Petite Filet of Angus Tenderloin, Herb Crepes with Jumbo Shrimp, Orange Blossom Waffles with Strawberries and Roasted Poussin with Garlic Risotto.  The feast is finished up by offering guests a choice of Flan, Flourless Chocolate Cake, Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake or Blackberry Cobbler.

The Ambrosia restaurant offers intimate, custom leather booths in a candlelit atmosphere.
