Pay Per Click Firm Helps Online Recruiters

One of the UK's largest pay per click consultancies will help online recruiters enjoy a more successful online presence at the 2007 Online Recruitment Fair in London next month.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PR Log (Press Release)Feb 25, 2007 – One of the UK's largest pay per click consultancies will help online recruiters enjoy a more successful online presence at the 2007 Online Recruitment Fair in London next month.

Award-winning digital agency Top Position is presenting a special seminar session at the 2007 Online Recruitment Trade Conference. Entitled “Delivering Targeted Traffic Using Pay Per Click Advertising” the lecture will deal with optimisation techniques for small and large online advertising budgets.

Targeting Master class

“Recruitment companies are increasingly looking to pay per click as an effective means of attracting high calibre candidates and filling job vacancies,” says Top Position’s managing director, Daniel Jupp. “The important thing for recruitment firms is to ensure vacancy criteria are adequately served by search users clicking on the pay per click advert.”

Hosted by a Google qualified AdWords professional, Top Position’s pay per click master class for online recruiters will cover advanced techniques including demographic and time targeting and portal selection.

“MSN’s adCenter platform is very much a new face on the pay per click scene but will be one of the focal points of the session,” says Jupp. “With demographic targeting features that are second to none, adCenter is potentially an invaluable tool for recruiters because advert traffic can be qualified by criteria such as age.”

Also on the agenda is an introduction to AdWords time scheduling, bidding guidelines for competitive keywords and the importance of engaging advert text.

Held at London’s Café Royal, the 2007 Online Recruitment Fair is the first in a global series of exhibitions and conferences organised by Online Recruitment Magazine. Focusing on trends and intelligence in the online recruitment industry, the conference includes a discussion panel chaired by Onrec’s David Hurst with representatives from Fish4 and Trinity Mirror Group.

Venue: Café Royal London, March 7th
