Jaco Products Expands Machining Capabilities

PR Log (Press Release) – Feb 23, 2007 – CLEVELAND (2/8/07):  Jaco Products Company announced the expansion of their plastics machining capabilities with the purchase of new HAAS VF Super Speed 5-axis machining center.
  Jaco Products is a custom manufacturer of plastic production components and offers a full range of services including injection molding, stamping, die cutting and CNC machining.  Over the past three years, Jaco’s fabricated plastic components business has expanded into highly technical parts with exotic materials.  
    “We’ve focused on markets that find value in technical parts such as off road equipment, mining/exploration equipment, semiconductor industry, chemical industry, electronics, and the pharmaceutical and health care industry.” stated Bill Carter, Sales Manager.  “We’ve had great success machining and injection molding parts with specialty engineered resins that other fabricators find challenging.  With over 58 years of experience in plastics and our ability to remain dynamic, this has opened a lot of doors for Jaco.”
    A few of the materials that Jaco offers customers include: Kynar®,  Peek®, PPS, PVDF®, PFA®, Polysulfone®,  Techtron®,  Torlon®, PTFE, Ultem®, Glastherm Ht®, Glastherm Ch®, Glastherm S®, Thermalate H-320®, Thermalate H-330®, Pyropel Md-18® and Pyropel Md-60® .  The new 5-axis machining center when coupled with their CNC turning operations will allow Jaco to reduce set-up time, increase throughput and improve efficiencies.
