Britney Spears Checks Out Of Rehab Again

Feb. 21, 2007 - PRLog -- Is Britney Spears ready to turn her life around? Maybe not.

Britney Spears has checked out of rehab. And, no, you are not experiencing déjà vu. After checking into rehab for the second time in a week, Britney Spears has checked herself out within 24 hours, just as she did last week.

The weekend after her first rehab checkout Spears entered a salon and asked for her head to be shaved. After the owner refused, Britney to the shears to her own head, shaving it completely bald. That was followed by a trip to a tattoo parlor where she got a number of tattoos including a cross and a pair of lips.

Today, reports claim that after checking out of rehab for a second time, Britney attempted to get another tattoo, but the parlor was closed.

Here's irony for you. The rehab center that Spears checked herself out of is named Promises.
