Omar has also authored several market research reports and articles on agricultural trade, which have been featured in international publications and in U.S. Government websites. He has also received numerous prestigious awards and recognitions for his marketing work over the years.
Roxana also brings many years of marketing and finance experience to Culinaria. She has marketed financial products, served as a financial analyst, and managed credit card services for leading companies in Central America. Born in Argentina and raised in the South of France, Roxana acquired her passion for cooking early on. Today, she still enjoys cooking for her family and learning about other cultures thru food and travel.
