On February 22nd, 2007, the REIA of Macomb will present a man who’s prowess in the fields of investing, business, and real estate are nearly unparalled not just in Michigan, but in all of the United States. A man who Time Magazine called "the best-selling Realtor in America". Known throughout the country as the authority on residential real estate and investing, Ralph R. Roberts has agreed to come to the Best Western Georgian Inn in Roseville, Michigan to speak for the REIA of Macomb. His resume is extensive and impressive, ranging from closing on over 10,000 real estate transactions in a 30 year career to having written 5 best-selling real estate books.
Ralph has shared the speaking stage with the likes of NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Joe Montana, General Norman Schwarzkopf, and Rich Dad/Poor Dad author Robert Kiyosaki. He has 100 speaking engagements annually, each with an average attendance of 500. Mr. Roberts is expected to generate alot of excitement for investors and entreprenuers all around Macomb County for his wisdom and expertise in so many fields and will no doubt provide a boost to the local pool of real estate experts.
The REIA of Macomb’s next meeting will be Thursday, February 22nd, at the Best Western Georgian Inn on 13 Mile Rd. and Gratiot Ave. in Roseville, Michigan. Their meeting format is as follows:
6:00 - 7:00: Extreme Networking - An hour of personal networking and greeting will be allowed before the actual meeting begins.
7:00 - 7:30: Kickoff - Member and speaker introductions as well as raffles and giveaways
7:30 - 9:00: Ralph R. Roberts will give a presentation on any number of topics, including market trends, buying/selling tips, and strategies for use in the current economy
