With 25 years of experience in the banking industry, Freitas worked her way up the ladder, starting out as a teller at First Federal Savings Bank where she became a supervisor, and, ultimately, a branch manager. When Webster Bank acquired First Federal Savings Bank, Freitas was promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President at Webster.
