Several years ago Frank Montaño turned down the chance to head up operations for a little known Seattle-based coffee company that charged 3 dollars for a small latte. Years later with a store on almost every corner in America, Frank promised himself that he would never again pass up the next potential Starbucks success story…and he kept that promise.
Geeks In A Flash!®, the premiere provider of outsourced IT department services to the small to medium sized business community, proudly announces that Frank M. Montaño has accepted the position of Vice President, Franchising. His immediate responsibilities will be to systematize the policies and procedures, prepare the organization for national expansion and award 350 franchises over the next 5 years in the Carolinas and Virginia.
Montaño brings over 30 years of franchising experience with him to Geeks In A Flash!®. His career started out at one of the most successful franchises, McDonalds as a store manager. From there he went on to Arby’s where he climbed the ladder to become V.P. of Operations. Over the next two decades he would hold several high executive positions with Marriott and Sbarro, and would eventually own and operate 6 Motophoto franchise locations in the Nashville market.
