A special section is dedicated for Black History Month and will also include a tribute to Soul Food Cuisine and its deep roots in African American history. About the Soul Food Advisor
Born and raised in West Tennessee, Cassandra Harrell began tempting palates with her southern influence when she owned an award winning soul food restaurant and catering business in Wisconsin. She taught cooking classes on preparing African-American cuisine and served thousands during conventions, annual festivals, trade shows, and sporting events.
